When the print turns on and cycles through i get a loud grinding vibrating noise then the "Photo tray is blocked" error. I have tried restarting, removing the tray, and cream cover and reloading them, firmware is upto date. I don't see any blockages. Please help. I don't even use the photo tray I need the main tray for printing but there is no work around.

Inspect Tray Movement:
- Ensure that the tray can slide smoothly in and out without obstruction.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer using the power button.
- Unplug the power cord from the power outlet and the printer.
- Wait for 60 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
