Hi @Mabieniek,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with paper jams.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, perform the steps below.

  • Clear the paper jam.
  • Open the rear door and look for and clear any paper present or obstructions in the paper path.
  • OPEN REAR COVER
  • Open rear cover
  • CLEAR JAM
  • Clear Jam
  • Close the rear door to allow the printer to attempt to clear the jam message.
  • Make sure the type and quality of the paper being used meets the HP specifications for the printer.
  • Make sure the printer is located in an area meets the environmental specifications for the printer.
  • Adjust the paper guides in the tray. Ensure the front paper guide is pushing the paper against the back edge of the tray.
  • If the error persists, contact your HP-authorized service or support provider, or contact customer support at www.hp.com/go/contactHP.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
