Product: HP Compaq 8000 Elite Base Model Convertible Minitower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer carriage is stuck to the far right of the printer. Under the printer casing. I can not move it.  I get a message that one of the ink cartridges is damaged but I can not move the carriage to remove the damaged cartridge.

 

Question:

How can I move the jammed carriage without damaging the printer?

Printer also needs new printer head.  Carriage jam prevents installation of a new one.
