HP 9020 not printing double sided Solved after a year!!!

Last year when I started to print my Christmas cards I could not work out why it would not print double sided.

For information! Can't print double sided?

I got the same problem this year, but I noticed a message saying the page was too long.

As I only use A4, I did not understand the significance of the message.

But after thinking about it, the length of the page could only be misread by the rubber feed rollers slipping.

Successful double sided  after a good roller clean!!!
