Hello @Lein13 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Normally = standard, Main input tray (Tray 2) is always used.
Has something been changed?
Which software (Office or ...) is used for printing?
Should labels be printed?

Or you want to print non A4?

Regards
Andreas

99% of the time this condition is generated when the paper type or size requested by your software does not match what is loaded in the printer. The printer then stops and waits for you to insert the correct paper in Tray 1 (MP tray) and press ok. Make sure that tray 2 setting on the printer match what your software is asking for. You also need to check the printer preferences for the printer driver are set for.
