Hello Team, i found fabric defect in HP DeskJet 4230e All-in-One Printer. Optical Software Matrix by Physical Paper format is not calibrated and when i print some documents or pictures, it printing not correctly with cutted off segments in the A4 paper format. Can you fix this in the Firmware Updates by the Printer Product?

Example, printing Picture with fixed A4 size, but result is blank frames with different size into top and left and right and bottom, but in Printing Software like a Adobe Acrobat show me fulfilled Page with no blank frames, but result is unformed A4 size picture. I guess the Optical software have no correct parameters about the size of Paper A4. Maybe the strange thing will fixed with Firmware Update. Thank You and wish you Work Success.

From my tests I found that software and optically, the printer does not have a good idea of the physical size of the A4 size paper. I found out that the problem is software because on Microsoft Picture Viewer, it shows the real range of the Printer, exactly as it prints it, and which is uneven for Picture A4 size, and with Adobe Acrobat Reader, I set the picture to be fixed for the whole sheet, but it prints it to me, like Microsoft's Picture Viewer optical scope. May be Firmware Update with Fix, can resolve the Problem.

My final conclusion is that there is a design flaw. My advice is to put it in the next firmware update borderless function, because the more smiling users, the more money in capital. This Pictures shows uneven frames. Calibrate the frames because for me this is a defect when it cuts information on documents.
