HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Hello.  I have an HP Envy 5540.  It states there is a paper jam and printer will not print.  However, there is no paper jam.  I have done the following troubleshooting actions below.  Still will not print.  The printer goes through the motions as if it is going to print...then nothing.  Would appreciate knowing if the printer has reached the end of the road.

Checked for paper jams.

Reset the printer.

Cleaned the entire machine including rollers.

Check the paper tray.

Updated all printer firmware.
