My HP Envy 6000 series has been working great for me until today, when it suddenly started feeding paper incorrectly. I've tried cleaning the wheels and resetting the printer as per all the instructions, but neither has helped. I've attached a photo to demonstrate what I see when I take off the cover. This is happening with every page, and it has stopped printing entirely -- not a single page will work. Clearly there's some kind of unevenness in picking up the paper from the paper tray which is causing it to wrinkle and jam, but I can't figure out what caused it or what to do about it. I bought this printer refurbished off Amazon, so there's no warranty or useful support. Any advice would be appreciated!
