Product: HP Envy 7134 Photo Printer

After a paper jam the printer carriage doesn’t seem to know where the left hand stop position is and slams into the left of the printer and then reports - Carriage Jam error.

I have tried all the support suggestions on this without success - still slams into the left hand side!

I cannot see where the sensor is that would control this so I can clean it.

Any ideas please?
