My HP LaserJet P3025 printer consistently prints and jams paper in the same fashion, in order:
1. Prints a few papers (papers in between are always printed blank)
2. Jams 2 pieces of paper, one at the part where the paper is about to come out and another under the metal plate below the toner cartridge. Any help in this matter would be so greatly appreciated. Very frustrating. Cannot find any answers. Thanks!

Based on age of printer if you have never replaced the pickup roller that might be the issue. Remove the paper tray and look at the roller in the upper middle of the cavity. It should be clean and have fine fingerprint like ridges on it. If it is dirty, clean with a water dampened cloth. If it is smooth, it will need to be replaced.
You can also narrow down the cause by trying to print from tray 1, the MP tray on the front that drops down. If printer feeds fine from there that is another indication that your tray 2 roller is bad.
I have also seen cases of a printer cartridge causing this issue so if you recently changed cartridges, check that as well.

Separation pad on tray may also need replacing.
With regards to the pickup rollers, you may get away by just turning the rubber on the roller so that where it is now smooth the better grip side goes.
Failing all these suggestions, the solenoid may need replacing/fixing.
