Product: HP LaserJet Pro P1102w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cleaned both the pickup roller and the separator pad as shown in several videos. The paper goes only part of the way in and then jams. It is being picked up but gets pulled in 5 inches and stops.

 

The roller and separator seem to have a good grip on the paper.

 

Any ideas?
