Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Upon printing, the printer will make the normal sounds to do the print job, but then makes a slight "pop" sound and won't print. When I open the cartridge port, I keep seeing that the toner cartridge has moved out of place. I don't see any way to fasten down the cartridge. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Bill

Did this behavior start with a recent toner cartridge change? If so then I would suspect that the cartridge is defective or something has broken in the cartridge path and prevents the cartridge from seating fully.
