HP LaserJet 600 M601

I've been trying to figure this problem out for years, and I'm hoping some one has some extra information about this issue. We have multiple HP LaserJet 600 M601 and M602 printers in-house that use 100v fuser. However, when looking for the part, I can only find 110v maintenance kits. The 110v fusers will not work at all in these printers, and we've always had to return them. We were lucky enough to find a third-party seller on Amazon years ago that had them for the ones we've had die, but they are no longer available. Today, I have a printer that won't feed paper through the fuser. Switching the fuser out with another printer proves that it's bad. How can I replace this fuser if it is a 100v, and the only available kits come with a 110v? Is there a way to convert it, or a firmware update/setting to change this?

The fuser or maintenance kit can be 110V or 220V.

I don't understand your response. 110v fusers do not work in our printers that have 100v fusers, and I don't think 220v would work since we are in the US. These are not 220v printers.

There is no such thing as a 100V fuser, it can only be 110V for US region.

If you have a 100V fuser, then it's not an original part, HP doesn't produce 100V fusers.

I'm attaching some pictures. If they don't exist, then what do I have in my printer?

It's 110V, there is no 100V fuser. When you buy 110V it will still have 100V on that label

Printer is likely for a different region as the fuser is driver directly off line current. Possibly Japan. Can you share the model number of the printer from label on the back near the serial number?

Ahhh! That would make sense if it was.

The model number near the serial is CE990A.

@Repairatrooper are you able to confirm my model as being a Japanese version, and confirm the US version's model number? I would like to go purchase the US version.

CE990A is the general model number. The units also should have a 3 character attachment that shows which region it is designed for. CE990A#BBU is the full model number for Japanese devices. I see no 100V fusers for this model in any of the documentation I have.
