HP 9015e printer. One of the small springs on the duplexer came off and I can’t find it. Where can I get replacement springs?

It seems like an issue with the duplexer on your printer and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you are unable to obtain the spring from HP, your next best option would be to check a quality hardware or DIY store or look on  Ebay for someone selling small springs.
