HP OfficeJet Pro 7730

Hi Community,
I recently bought 200g paper for some diplomas I have to print.
However, the printer is making weird sounds and the feed is delayed/obstructed.
Therefore, the printer starts printing midway down the paper (instead of at the top) and obviously the entire image can't fit on the page.
Is the anyway to make the printer work with 200g paper - or is it simply not possible for this model to deal with this thickness?
I truly hope someone can help me.
TYA, Lotte
(Model: HP OfficeJet Pro 7730)

Hi,

What paper type is this?

Make sure  you change the paper type setting for both the printer and the print job.

When closing the paper tray, be sure to follow the prompt on screen and change the paper type accordingly (e.g thick / photo / special) according the used paper.

Also from your computer, within the print dialog access the preferences / properties  button and change the paper type within the Paper/ Quality tab or under the Advanced button, then check for any difference.
