Can a HP person tell me where I might post, or preferably send an email to a Product Developement person  about a major problem with HP Trifold Business paper coming apart at the score lines. I sold and demonstrated HP printers in Best Buy stores for ten years so I am not just a neophyte when it comes to my experience level with HP products. This is a real problem where I have printed a 100 Brochures for a client and they are coming apart. The Paper development team needs to know the Truth about this product. When I expressed my concerns about it before ordering the paper on a forum, I was told by an HP employee  that "NO it would not come apart that is was a High Quality Product".

Please advise.

I did read your original post carefully and you initially made no statement other than tri-fold. After 25 years supporting printing products in retail and corporate settings I have seen hundreds of users try to feed incompatible paper through a printer and then blame the printer. Sorry you feel I wasted your time. I have asked the moderators here to escalate your question in hopes it will reach someone who can resolve the issue.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.

Can you post a picture of the package of the paper. I ask because I had a quick look and all the tri-fold HP I see online is for LASER printers not inkjet. The feed paths work differently and the inkjet may put more stress on the scribe lines.

I am amazed you asked me this question. Did the fact that I said in my post  I had ten years selling HP printers and Products (paper!) not mean anything to you. I am looking right now as I am writing this,  at the package of " HP Professional Trifold Paper" which  I purchased from Officemax where it very clearly states at the bottom left  of the package "Designed for Inkjet Printers". And then  it repeats those words in French.

I:m sorry but your search wasn't very through. Do you still disbelieve me and want to see a picture of the package?

If you are convinced that the paper real and exists, are you in a position to get my post to the Product  Development team.If not this whole exercise of going back and forth is a sham.

Respectfully, Peter McCormick.

Note the time of this post if it shows. It is 2 AM. I am so upset over this product and how it has effected my beautiful design  and ruined the project that I can't even sleep.
