HP7720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP7720 and after the first week the two paper pickup/feed rollers have started putting creases into the paper.  The left roller appears to be making a bigger crease and is sometimes pulling the paper to one side.

Checked all the rollers and they seem to be clean.  I notice when looking form the back that there is a spring loaded plate pushing back against the rollers that I assume the paper runs between.  Could the spring be placing too much pressure on the rollers?

@proscenium, Welcome to HP Support Community!

There could be some wear and tear on the rollers inside the printer. Let us try to isolate and resolve the issue, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document 'Paper Jam' Error.

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
