Try these steps:

Check Document Feeder Connections:

  • Ensure that the document feeder cables are connected and fully seated.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn the printer off and then turn it on again.

Replace the Document Feeder:

  • If the error persists and the connections are verified to be correct, you may need to replace the automatic document feeder.
