Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven an HP8600 OfficeJet Pro printer.

I set up word for 5.5X11 paper.

I load in 5.5X11 paper.

Printer says detected paper size does not match.

I reset to factory defaults as recommended and still could not print 5.5X11.

About ready to take sledge hammer to the printer. Has anyone had success printing using 5.5X11 paper?

Is there any way to turn off paper size detection?
