my printer is taking from one side then it’s getting jammed. I don’t really know what to do, I can’t take it back to the shop as I got it a while ago and don’t have the receipt. 

I’m in panic mode I have so much work I need to print.. 

anyone have any ideas what I can do..

If the paper skews to one side when feeding the most common cause is a blockage in the feed path. Using a stiffer piece of paper or thin mylar, try flossing the paper path to get the obstruction out.

Thank you for your reply I’ve just had a look and noticed something has dropped one side Or lifted the other side. I have attached a pic not sure if you’ll be able to see it
