macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer tray is stuck in the legal position.  I have not been able to adjust to 8-1/2" x 11" without tray slipping back into legal size.  This tray is so shoddy I'm afraid it will break

Hi @BostonTerriemom,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • Was there any paper jam prior to the issue?

While you respond to that, please refer to this document: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010, 9020 Printers - Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
