I want to print on glossy 4x6 postcards, but it gets jam all the time. Can someone help me how to print it?

Whether you can print on a particular media (paper type) and paper size is controlled by the unknown printer model features and the installed printer software.  In general, the setup is not related the model of the computer.

First you need to know the model / product number of your printer

Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number

Reminder:  Never post the serial number or any private information in the Community – we are a public resource.

Next,

Open the Website support home page for your printer

Open Category Product Information

Click to find and open the Product Specifications

Verify that the printer can print on the paper type, the weight of your paper, and the size of the paper.

Next,

The choices you see - and can use - are controlled by

  • The installation of the printer software / full driver for the printer.
  • The application / software you are using to view and submit the job to the printer,
  • The settings used to format the print job.

Finally,

Assuming

  • The printer software is installed, The paper is supported (type / size / weight),
  • The software / application you are using is set up correctly,

If you are trying to print Borderless,

Not all printers support Borderless

AND / OR

Those printers that do support Borderless might only support the option using certain paper types (for example, Photo paper / Brochure paper)
