@Ozzyfied1124, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is feeding multiple pages at once, here are some steps that may help you resolve the issue:

Check the Paper Type and Size:

  • Ensure that the paper being used is supported by the printer. Refer to the supported media sizes and types on the printer specification here.

Inspect and Adjust Paper Guides:

  • Make sure the paper guides in the input tray are adjusted to fit the paper snugly but not too tight. Improperly set guides can cause the paper to be fed incorrectly.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Inspect the paper path for any debris or foreign objects that might cause paper feeding issues.

Fan the Paper Stack:

  • Remove the paper from the input tray and "fan" the stack to separate the pages. Reload the paper stack by aligning the edges and ensure that it's not overfilled beyond the tray's capacity.

Clean the Paper Rollers:

  • Over time, dust and paper debris can accumulate on the paper rollers. Use a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with water to gently wipe off any dust or residues on the rollers.

Use Quality Paper:

  • Ensure you're using high-quality paper that is not too thin or worn out. Old or damp paper might cause feeding errors.

Run the Printer Self-Diagnosis:

  • Use the printer’s self-diagnosis feature to check for any internal errors or issues.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
