Hp printer lid stuck

Changing colour and black printing cartridges …closed lid ..left one tab on colour by mistake and realised so tried to open lid after I’d closed lid .The lid will not open to printer and ink cartridges and seems to be stuck on left hand corner of lid ..any advice ?.
