HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w printer.  I printed a label.  It jammed.  I removed the paper jam.  I opened the cover and removed the drum.  I tuned the printer off and pulled out the power cord.  When I turn it back on, I still get the error.

Any chance there is still a label somewhere in the printer? Labels are notorious for separating from the backing when heated by the fuser and jamming inside, often in places where you cannot see the jam.
