I am trying to load a new roll of paper the following are the steps that I am taking.

1.  Ready for paper (menu display)      I press o.k.

2.  Main Menu (menu display)                I press o.k.

3.  Paper load (menu display)                I press o.k.

4.  Load roll     (menu display}                I press o.k.

5.  Remove roll from sheet path (menu display)  I am unable to get past this message.
