My printer jammed so I opened the front door; removed the toner cartridge and then pulled the paper out. When I was putting it back together, I realized that a part came out as well. I do not know where it belongs. I know that it's somehow related to the mechanism that catches the paper because though the printer says "Ready", paper jams every time now. Help!

That looks like the drive shaft from a toner cartridge. Mounts on the right side and turns the drum on the cartridge.
