Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
Please try the below steps.
- While the printer is ON, remove the cartridges.
- While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug in the power cord directly to a wall outlet and then to the printer.
- If printer does not power ON, press the ON button to do so.
- Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
- Make a COPY .
- Now power off the printer by pressing Power Button.
- Wait for 30 seconds after printer is Powered Off and then Power On the printer by pressing the ON button.
