Product: Hp Laserjet pro M148fdw

For past few weeks I continue to get an error when I try to print. Something along the lines of

"Print Spooler: Printer blocked (Samsung Notes) HP LaserJet Pro M148fdw Out of paper"

It is never out of paper. Yes, I have turned it off and back on. I select ok when it says load paper, even though it has paper, and then it prints, once. This happens for every single sheet of paper I try to print. 

My printer is only 1 yr. Old, already past warranty.

Print spooler errors usually point to desktop set issues.   How is your printer connected?  USB? Wireless?  Hard wired?  I would disconnect printer from network or USB.  Delete printer from computer.  Perform factory reset.  Install firmware.   Reinstall with HP Universal driver.  If networked, add printer manually to computer using IP address.

I honestly do not think I could even know how to do all that. I don't have any info left from the initial installation. It was terrible, one piece of paper with pictures and not any real written instruction. ☹️
