I have HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer Serial number: TH82H1R1BP Product number: T0F29A.When I try to print a picture, I go through the normal steps, put in the paper the way its supposed to, glossy side down, slide the tray closed to adjust the paper size, change it on the display screen and in the setting on the app. Doing this the paper will not feed more than a couple inches if that and state wrong paper size and error If I change the display on the printer back to regular paper size, but leave the photo paper in, and only change it from the app, it pulls it through but then jams in the back of the printer and I have to unjam it. Regular paper prints no problem whatsoever. I have printer photos before, no problem, but not sure why now its not working.
