LaserJet 1320 paper not being pieked up

Despite empty queue and power reset, when I send a job to the printer it tries to pickup paper, but fails. There is a clicking sound and no paper is picked up. The green led turns to flashing organge. I  cleaned the paper pick up rollers. This is product I own, but I don't know how to find product number (LaserJet_1320 does not work)

Thank you. The serial number is [Personal Information Removed]. but Hewlet Package does not recognize it. The product number is 

5927A

It is not allowed to publish the serial numbers!

This product is already very old. I think their product is no longer under warranty!
