Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After browsing the community posts to address paper jam issues, I replaced Tray 2 separation pad assembly and the paper  pick-up roller. However resolution was short-lived (although jamming not as frequent). Instead a bonus blank page is printed with the intended page and very quickly such that the edges of the two pages get caught up in the output tray sending the first page shooting onto the floor.

Also when printing a 2-sided document, page 1 prints but does not get refed back into printer for page 2 to print on the back side. Then page 2 prints on its own page that DOES get refed.  Seems like this is tied to the main issue of the blank page.

Any suggested solutions would be much appreciated!

By George I think she's got it!!!

After posting my issue, I dug a little more and came across a post by Valsimot saying the problem lies with with paper Tray 2's  solenoid sticking. Followed recommended steps and VOILA, no more blank pages and and it's duplexing properly! You made my night Valsimot so many, many thanks!!
