I need assitantce to remove the paper jam alert so I can keep printing. The first step was to remove paper feeder and second step is to remove the back door. Done and Done. The printer still detects a paper jam. I tried unplugging the printer and then from wall with the printer turned on. I waited 60 seconds before turning on and went back to paper jam. Need help please.

When you removed the first jam, did you get all the paper out or did it tear? Typically if this error persists after removing a jam you have either left paper in the printer that is holding a flag open, or you dislodged a paper path flag while removing the jam. Either way you are going to need to check the path carefully. Sometimes flossing (using a stiffer than normal paper) to push through the paper path can dislodged little bits of paper that are causing problems.

Thank You so much. It did the trick. A tiny shred of paper came out after i put a stiff paper through.
