Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

When scanning or copying from the document feeder the document loads about half way and stops. Lifting the document feed I can see the paper hanging below by just over an 1 inch. Sometimes feed straight, sometimes twist at angle just before it stops. I think it has done this since new. We just manually copy on the glass. But it is now getting annoying I have lots of multi page documents to copy.
