Hello HP community my customer has a M632 that keeps jamming and tearing the fuser kit no matter how many times I change it. I have changed 3 fusers and all of them have become damaged , so I am thinking there is another underlying reason.

We got a host of errors over time but I do not think changing the fuser unit is the way to resolve the issue.

Does anyone have any experience is resolving this type of issue ?M632 ERRORS.jpg

Your error log really only shows 2 types of errors.

Late to fuser jam from various trays and supplies install notices.

Can you post some pictures of what you are seeing? I have fixed printers for a long time and rarely does a simple paper jam wreck a fuser, unless removed improperly or the media is way outside specs. Have you confirmed that the fuser motor is operating properly through diagnostics tests?

Thank you for your response .

Can you help me with the steps to do the diagnostic tests for fuser as it is not in the service manual

Chapter 6 of the service manual contains the information on running diagnostics.

We ran the diagnostics how can we know if it was successful or not ?  We put an old fuser in there and it worked but the issue is that when you replace the fuser it works for a week or some days then tears again.  Is there something else I should be looking out for ?
