Hello

My M806 is not responding to the outfeed option left side. It always feeds to the top. I tried re loading the firmware but no luck. Not too sure where to look next.

There are diagnostics built into the printer and you should be able to test those motors. Also the paper path tests allow you to direct paper to the various outputs.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by giving kudos and marking my post as an accepted solution.

Yep it was working then just started feeding to the  top. I am thinking the motor for it may have given up seeing it has over 5 million prints.

Yep got it figured out. Seems somehow the lever to the solenoid for the guide came detached probably from someone slamming the left door shut.

Thanks for the help!
