Hi,

The printer supports up to 53 lb Cards by its specification, much lighter cards then you're trying to use with the printer, here is a link to its specifications:

You may try using another cards and check the media condition, but any such is not officially supported and not expected to work, and will likely affect the printer performance in the short or long term if it may work, if it does not work please use a lighter media which your printer is capable and designed to handle.

So how can I use the photo paper max weight? Could you walk me through the setting to change the paper type?
