My printer says it has problem/item 0x6100004a and to tell that to HP support so I told HP autosupport and provided serial number.
HP autosupport told me it was out of warranty so my options were limited but I could tell this forum
so do I have any options ?

@DebbieIII, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Since the device is out of warranty, and we've concluded that this is a hardware malfunction, I may have a few pointers/suggestions to help you out, however, since these suggestion are limited to you and your printer alone, I'd like to send out a private message with those details.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Im getting 0x6100004a with no paper jam. Cartridge stuck to right side. (Tired everything from the video to unjam a printer that's not jammed) Out of warranty purchased 2018. Seems like this is a common issue for this printer. They do have care plans but hearing this does not help at all when out of Warranty. I need to get it fixed, I'm a homeschooling Mother. Cant talk to a customer service without a warranty. So what are my options? Help!
