HP 577dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a new HP Pro 577dw All-In-One printer online thru Staples.  When I am “copying” or “scanning” from the ADF the produced copy comes out with the print mis-aligned on the page (crooked).  I made sure that the ADF paper guides were securely against both sides of the paper, but not rumpling the page, but that did not help.  Please advise what might be causing this and how it can be corrected.

Depends on the amount of skew. The design allowance of skew is around 5mm from top to bottom of page.
