Hi, I have a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One Printer Series.

I seem to be missing a spring that is making the cartridges be stuck on the left side.

I am attaching the first image so you can see where the missing spring should be located (as per what the service guy told me) WhatsApp Image 2024-03-15 at 12.21.40.jpeg

 

And here is another photo from a different working printer:

As you can see, I am missing a metal spring and maybe an additional plastic part?

Could anyone shed some light if these parts are available for me to purchase somehow?
