HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Officejet 7740 jams after three or four pages when doing dbl sided printing.  It does this as the paper is being returned to print the second page.  Is there anything that can be done to fix this?  I have had the printer for a few years and it has served me well.  This is the only issue I have had with the unit.

Hi @Dakota12,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing paper jam issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-In-One Printer when it is printing two sided documents.

This issue could occur if the rollers near the duplexer are not clean.

Please follow the step 2  in this document

Note: Please follow the steps under "Clean the rollers from inside the rear of the printer" under step 2 in the above document.

Let me know if this works.
Take care and have a good day.
