The paper tray is stuck  in closed position. Printer says I have a paper jam, but there isn't any jam. When I try to slide open the tray, it's stuck on the  left side and will not open. The virtual assistant was unable to help, did not understand the question.

When I open the cartridge door, the cartridges do not appear, I don't know if that's connected to the tray issue.

Help! Thank you.

Hi @spagirl2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing carriage jam issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer wherein the cartridges does not move when the cartridge door is opened.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
