Hi @Koushik555

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how frustrating and urgent this situation feels, especially when your printer is jamming repeatedly and you're unable to reach support.

I'm truly sorry you're going through this, and I’ll guide you through a few steps that may help resolve the issue without delay.

Here’s what you can try right away:

Step-by-step actions to clear paper jams on HP Envy 6000 series

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the back.
  2. Gently remove any loose paper from the input tray and output tray.
  3. Open the ink cartridge access door and check for jammed paper inside. If you see any, slowly pull it out with both hands to avoid tearing.
  4. Remove the rear access panel or duplexer (if present) and check for paper stuck in the rollers.
  5. Inspect the paper path and rollers using a flashlight. Clear any small bits of paper or debris.
  6. Reload paper—make sure it’s clean, dry, and not curled or wrinkled. Align the stack neatly and don’t overfill the tray.
  7. Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Try printing a test page.

If the issue continues, you can use HP’s guided tool to help identify and fix the jam:
