Hi @Zoom23,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Colour Laser 150 printer experiences issues with paper feeding, stopping midway during the process, you can follow these general troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

Check Paper Alignment:

  • Ensure that the paper is properly loaded into the paper tray.
  • The paper guides on the sides of the tray should be adjusted to fit snugly against the paper without bending it.

Inspect for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer's access doors and look for any paper jams or pieces of paper stuck inside. Remove any obstructions carefully.

Verify Paper Type and Quality:

  • Ensure you are using the correct type and quality of paper recommended for your printer. Avoid using damp, torn, or curled paper.

Check the Paper Tray:

  • Make sure the paper tray is not overfilled. The stack should be within the tray's capacity limit.

Clean the Paper Feed Rollers:

  • Over time, paper feed rollers can become dirty or worn. Clean them using a lint-free cloth with a small amount of water, if required. Make sure to turn off the printer before cleaning.

Reset Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for about 15 seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple reset can resolve minor issues.

Check for Software or Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure your printer’s firmware and drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Official HP® Support to download any updates specific to your printer model.

Printer Settings:

  • Check the printer settings from the control panel or printer software. Ensure the settings match the type and size of the paper you are using.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
