My printer won't print regular size things it's printing 5x7 and I changed it to letter

I'd like to help!

I hope you have adjusted the width TRIGGER as shown below and restart the printer.

If the above step doesn't work, then 

If the printer is connected to the network, then go to your PC and launch the IE or Chrome browser

Type the network IP address of your printer. It will launch the printer web page

go to Settings-Preference (left)->Paper settings

There you can change the paper size setting

If that does not work, we may have to reset the printer. The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
