I'm needing to order a part but the number listed on the part is not pulling anything up. I found a diagram online of what i need but no part numbers were given. I need the part labeled as A02. Its a white plastic piece located underneath the printer on the right side. it has a spring attached to it. there are 2. this one is on the right side and is the larger one. On the piece it reads RC4-3618 V1-1   >POM<

the notch to hold the spring is broken and my printer is not pulling paper up.

Any help is appreciated!
