It is not entirely clear what part/part number you are referring to. If you knew what the part is actually called, we would be able to locate it in no time flat.  Anyway, here are two possible candidates:

Then the link I provided earlier (RC2-6551-000 | HP Color LaserJet 700/M775DN Black Pre Fusing Guide Assembly (printerparts-exchange.c...) would be the place -and the least expensive as far as I can ascertain, to purchase it from.
