Hi @LargMarg,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer. Paper jams and feeding problems can be frustrating, but there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  • Open the access door to the paper path and check for any jammed paper. If you find any, gently remove it.

Check Paper Type and Condition:

  • Make sure you are using the correct type and size of paper as specified in the printer's manual.
  • Ensure that the paper is not damaged, curled, or wrinkled, as this can cause feeding problems.

Check the Paper Tray:

  • Remove the paper from the tray and inspect the tray for any misalignment or foreign objects.
  • Adjust the paper guides to ensure they are snug against the paper stack.

Clean the Rollers:

  • Over time, paper dust and debris can accumulate on the rollers, causing feeding issues. Clean the rollers using a lint-free cloth and distilled water.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for a few minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware. You can check and update the firmware from the printer's control panel or the HP website.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer while it is turned on.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.

Always refer to your printer's manual for specific instructions and illustrations

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
