3rd broken printer and 2 (including this one) are my fault. I'd just like to know how to send at least one in for service. This is really the hardest site I've ever been on to reach a human or to simply find out how to pay them to fix one of these blasted things. To be more specific, I forced a piece in the tray trying to get it to fit an envelope in and now the feed is blocked. Apparently, that piece wasn't supposed to move. Oops. I do have to say, I've never broken a printer in my life and the two of these that I have are made to be handled very delicately. I didn't gorilla the things, I just pushed a bit. When they worked, the did so very well, though.
UPDATE: I was able to find a phone number for contacting HP on another post and called them. According to the agent I spoke with, HP doesn't repair it's own printers. Since it was out of warranty, they don't even want to discuss it. Well, I'll see if I can piece together a working one out of these 3.
