I have an Office Jet Pro 6830 that will not print. Receive paper jam error but there is no jam. Also received msg regarding ink problem. Replaced ink cartridges, but printer will not print. Turned printer on and off several times and printer still doesn't print. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I understand that you are getting paper jam and ink problem errors, I am glad to assist you.
And if the issue still persists, You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
